- Must have or support a Non-profit organization

- Have a minimum of 2 yrs proven community improvement / awareness

- Must have positive report in the community

- Must have a strong  fan/ support base

- Letter of recommendation from another leader in the community other than family

- Complete application

- Consent to a taped interview

- Agree to promoting “Industry Bosses” where ever permitted

- Agree to actively support/promote another community event with in one years’ time

- Assist/promote Industry Bosses’ events

- Agree to be featured on Industry Bosses website and magazine

- Must be 18yrs or older to apply
