An industry boss is an organization of business owners who support each other. A group of people who have taken the chances to own business, and the chance to inspire future business owners to do the same in our community. Here At Loc Wise we are trailblazing by standing behind our culture. A culture of people who do not mind being natural, and to inspire those who are consider being natural. We are the only “ALL NATURAL SHOP” in the city. We help people embrace there culture.

     As we say in #7 our community in Milwaukee where we have lived all our lives, need people to lead, inspire to keep progressing, set examples of failure to success and growing to show people it is possible to be motivated, and we have the experience, and the tools to do so. The community needs people who can show it is possible, and we are up for that challenge.

     I can say we are where we are needed on many levels with no recognition or pay. We want to help people because we all need a hand at moments. We want to see the community more aware of the daily situations to better the mindset of the individuals who live by the statistics.

     We came from broken homes which broke a lot of shells that would've hid us from the world. We have always wanted to own our own businesses, so we took it one step at a time. Kept pushing through the previous experiences in business, with Sharmayne owning a daycare. She learned to communicate with the business world, and I learned the business world through retail dealing with all walks of the earth which guided the husband and wife (us) to our present success.

      We have been entrepreneurs for 10 years and Loc Wise Has a goal to expand city wide to be more available to people who cannot travel within the next 5 years.

      Starting with small retail stores and daycare centers, and growing into  the hair industry. Specializing in natural hair by providing clients with the knowledge to take care of their hair the natural way. We do protective styles, dreadlocks, natural styles and more with great customer service and quality work. Still we worked hard, we believed in the gift God gave us and stepped out on faith. We understood that there are people like us who deserve the chance to be different with their image. So we opened up the doors and treated people like family so showing our talent was God’s calling for us.
