Terence in the community. As CEO of Peace for Change Alliance (PCA), Tracey makes a path to introduce initiatives that promote better education, wellness, and peace within Milwaukee communities. Through PCA, Tracey is achieving one his goals to collaborate with other youth agencies in order to reach as many poor young people as possible to help them move from a state of hopelessness to demonstrations of hope, self-respect and positive productivity.
Born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, he graduated from North Division High School and pursued a degree in Accounting at UW-Milwaukee. Over the years, Tracey has made numerous accomplishments. Amongst others his most recent nomination was for The Grassroots Organizer Award which is presented to that social activist who goes above and beyond any expectation of a volunteer. The nominee believes in the Democratic causes for which he fights and creates positive energy for others, including a community service award by Milwaukee Black Caucus, a community service award from Metropolitan Milwaukee Alliance of Black School Educators and Milwaukee Times Black Excellence. Additional accomplishments range from a black belt in Tae kwon Do to being named Champion Achiever by YMCA Black Achievers in 2003.
The energy that flows from Tracey is gentle and filled with quiet passion and warmth. Tracey refers to himself as an ordinary person who wants to make a difference in his city, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This is demonstrated by his commitment to meeting with several block clubs and churches while serving as legislative assistant to State Rep. Elizabeth Coggs, whose district had over 50,000 constituents for whom he continued his mission to build a better community, as well as his dedication to community organizations during his own personal time.Tracey is a member of the NAACP, Aurora Sini Thought Leaders (a Think Tank), and member of the Human Trafficking Task Force, sits on the Advisory Council for The Blood Center of Wisconsin, is a member of the Urban League Young Professionals and member of the advisory council of the Dominican Center for Women.
